🧘♀️ This is a course to help us find our way back to ourselves. It’s a chance to let go of the fear of how to start and to begin simply. Together, we’ll grow into different practices to cultivate self-understanding and compassion, such as practicing yoga, walking meditation, cooking real foods using organic produces in our farm, learning about herbal plants for health, and more. It’s a learning journey of coming back to our nature.
